Patch kernel with FreeS/WAN patch to support KLIPS module

Create and exchange authentication information 
PSK (preshared keys) or pubkeys (RSA/DSA)

Create configuration file that
Defines the IP addresses and keys to be used for the VPN

Start IKE daemon (Pluto)

Debug, debug, debug....
