LIDS configuration

Lids is configured at runtime with the lidsadm and lidsconf helper tools, for example

lidsadm -I
lidsadm -S -- -LIDS

lidsconf -A -o /var/log -j APPEND      
lidsconf -A -o /bin/login -o /var/log/wtmp
lidsconf -A -o /etc/lilo.conf -j DENY
